Duties

• Manage day-to-day caseload, including client communication and insurance claims.
• Oversee litigation processes, adhering to court deadlines and taking depositions.
• Draft discovery responses, initial pleadings, and medical billing summaries.
• Schedule and follow up on Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs).
• Create trial graphics such as medical and evidence charts.

Requirements

• Two years of personal injury experience preferred, including roles as a law clerk.
• Active Kentucky Bar license in good standing.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.

Skills

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
• Proficiency with computers; Apple experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
