Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
• Strong writing and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex files independently.
• Active license to practice law in Nevada, California, or Arizona; additional state licenses are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in California, Nevada, or Arizona.
