A law firm seeks a driven and talented Associate Attorney to join its business law team in Coral Gables, FL. The ideal candidate will assist in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in contract negotiations and legal proceedings. Duties:

• Draft legal documents such as briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement agreements
• Work closely with senior attorneys and paralegals to efficiently resolve cases
• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Provide legal counsel and advise clients under the supervision of senior attorneys
• Analyze legal conflicts and negotiate on behalf of clients
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring up-to-date information is accessible to the legal team

Requirements:

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and fact-finding abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally under the mentorship of experienced attorneys

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Florida or the ability to obtain one
