Duties

• Draft and prosecute patent applications.
• Collaborate with legal and technical teams on patent matters.
• Analyze wireless communication standards, including 5G, 6G, and 3GPP.
• Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering and software.

Requirements

• 1-6 years of experience in a related field.
• Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar.
• Experience with design engineering in a chip company is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Education

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field preferred.

Certifications

• Relevant certifications in patent law or technical fields are advantageous.
