Duties

• Prepare extensively for trials and manage courtroom responsibilities.
• Engage in motion practice and handle significant hearings and depositions.
• Exhibit exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Maintain a detail-oriented and organized approach with a strong work ethic.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Texas Bar License.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Texas Bar License.
