Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft motions.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.

• Manage commercial and insurance defense cases.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana or recently graduated with a J.D.
• Experience in personal injury law or estate planning preferred.
• Strong legal research skills, proficiency in Lexis-Nexis or similar platforms.
• Excellent legal drafting abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to negotiate and advocate effectively for clients.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in a law office setting is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Membership in good standing with the state bar association.
