Duties

• Handle transactional, governance, and fiduciary matters involving Delaware corporations.
• Engage in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and financing transactions.
• Collaborate on governance contests and statutory ratifications.
• Work closely with global offices on Delaware corporate internal affairs.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of substantive experience with Delaware General Corporation Law (DGCL).
• Prior experience in a major law firm or reputable corporate practice preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Effective communication skills in both oral and written form.
• Delaware bar admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Delaware Bar.
