Requirements

• Class year of 2020 or 2021 with relevant M&A/Private Equity experience.
• Exceptional academic background.
• Experience in an elite law firm setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.
