The candidate must have proven abilities and experience in the following duty areas: Case Management Support. Assist in gaining intake information for new clients. Pleasant and welcoming demeanor to bring in new and existing clients. Attention to detail when taking messages. Law Office Administration. Ability to adapt to new technology, including social media. Provide support to staff members by performing administrative tasks such as filing papers, answering telephone calls, and maintaining and organizing files/cases. Maintaining attorney and office schedules including, calling clients, lawyers, witnesses, experts and court personnel to schedule interviews, hearings, meetings, trials and as needed travel arrangements. Maintains case costs by verifying outstanding balances with attorney, clients, and providers. B.S. or Paralegal Cert. preferred necessary. Should have experience dealing with difficult clients/customers.
