Operations Assistant
The successful candidate will assist with accounting back up processing invoices through a firm wide accounting system. Prior experience with office relocations and/or office construction build-out projects is a plus. This position requires excellent organizational skills, including the ability to independently prioritize, plan work activities, use time efficiently, and communicate results immediately to the Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be one that is detail oriented and able to complete assignments under time-sensitive deadlines, with a service-minded attitude. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a law firm environment, and a strong knowledge of human resources requirements and procedures.
