Commercial Contracts Administrator
Responsibilities: Assist in review, analysis, modification, negotiation, and signature of MSA’s, SOW’s, BAA’s, NDA’s, DPA’s, and other commercial documents. Ensure effective oversight, administration and tracking of client and vendor contracts, ensuring appropriate assessment of business and legal risk to the company and facilitating appropriate risk mitigation. Oversee the Company’s contract management system, ensure periodic review and refinement of existing client agreements, agreement templates, contract playbooks by internal and external legal resources and stakeholders. Manage the timely processing of all contracts from initial request through execution. Facilitate processes that maximize internal and external efficiency and adhere with agreed standards and process. Ensure that regular proactive assessments of active contracts are conducted at the client and study level to facilitate effective expiration and price list management. Drive continuous improvement in the contracting process, particularly for repeat or high volume clients.
