Commercial Lending/Secured Lending Mid-Level Associate
The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience. Extensive experience representing institutional and non-institutional lenders in sophisticated loan transactions, including equipment & transportation, finance, ABL, syndications, Mezz loans and unsecured credit facilities. The ability to handle transactions from underwriting guidance and credit approval through due diligence completion and closing of the loan. Experience preparing due diligence checklists and reviewing due diligence items, including entity formalism and governance documents are required. Excellent drafting and negotiating skills, the ability to effectively communicate with clients and counsel in a timely manner, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team when needed. Experience with SBA lending is a plus.
