The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all phases of civil litigation, particularly within the realm of personal injury law. Location:

• Beverly Hills, California

Duties:

• Draft legal pleadings including complaints, motions, oppositions, and other filings

• Prepare and respond to written discovery and meet and confer letters

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Draft and argue discovery motions and substantive law and motion matters

• Attend and represent clients at mediation sessions and settlement conferences

• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients throughout the litigation process

• Participate in trial preparation and conduct trials in state and/or federal court

Requirements:

• Experience litigating personal injury cases from intake through trial

• Strong courtroom advocacy and motion practice experience

• Ability to develop and execute legal strategies tailored to individual cases

• Comfortable managing a high caseload in a deadline-driven environment

• Demonstrated ability to handle client communication professionally and empathetically

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar (required)

Skills:

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills

• Excellent oral advocacy and litigation skills

• Proficient in legal research and case management

• Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in trial preparation, deposition strategy, and discovery procedures
