Barulich Dugoni & Suttmann Law Group, Inc., is looking for an Attorney with a focus in the area of estate administration, estate planning, and business succession planning. The candidate will have California Bar Admission and 3 years experience.

The primary areas of practice include complex estate administration, including drafting pleadings for collection of assets and modification of irrevocable trusts, compiling estate tax returns, and working closely with clients on collecting and valuing assets; basic and sophisticated estate planning, including family succession planning, irrevocable trusts, and compiling gift tax returns; and business planning, including formation and operation. Experience and knowledge with generation-skipping transfer tax planning, irrevocable gift trusts, family limited partnerships is a plus.

Qualifications:

California Bar Admission required. Estate, gift, and income tax background preferred. LLM in tax a plus, but not required.

Skills/Abilities:

Candidates must be organized, efficient, and detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize and follow through to completion. Candidates are expected to have the ability, with assistance from the firm, to develop new business and build a practice. Must be self-motivated, inspire client confidence and have excellent academic credentials as the firm prides itself on performing high quality and complex legal work in a cost-efficient manner.
