Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of probate and estate planning matters.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
  • Proven experience in probate, estate planning, or a closely related legal field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective client consultations and court representations.
  • Ability to travel locally to meet with clients and attend court hearings.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in legal research and the use of legal software.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Current active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
