Duties: Overseeing complex federal tax compliance and consulting projects requiring tax analysis for a variety of entities and their affiliates. Performing review of workpapers and tax returns for various corporate entities. Conducting research on a variety of tax issues including accounting for income taxes, FTA (periods, methods & credits), tax provisions, tax compliance, business restructuring, and tax controversy. Identifying international and state tax information reporting needs and collaborating with specialists who lead those workstreams. Assisting with workflow management on assigned engagements, making sure workstreams are moving at the appropriate pace.
