Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly motivated Associate to join their Liability Management team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience in traditional finance, high-yield capital markets, or restructuring, and will work on complex transactions involving corporate capital structures.

Duties

• Conduct detailed structural analysis of existing capital structures.
• Advise clients on strategic alternatives and execution risk.
• Draft, analyze, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Manage junior associates and support their development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in traditional finance, high-yield capital markets, or restructuring preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
