Location:

Duties:

• Represent applicants in depositions.
• Conduct depositions of physicians and witnesses.
• Research and analyze legal issues related to workers' compensation cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Advise clients on legal matters and case strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and present cases before administrative bodies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively advocate for clients in depositions and hearings.
• Excellent negotiation and case management abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar License (Required).

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
