Duties

• Represent companies in capital markets transactions.
• Manage SEC reporting and corporate governance for public companies.
• Ensure compliance with exchange regulations.
• Maintain and manage client relationships.
• Handle day-to-day workflow for sophisticated public company clients.
• Assist high-growth businesses with financings, mergers, and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Four to seven years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in a national or international law firm preferred.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
