Duties

• Represent clients in state and federal court.
• Engage with enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.
• Manage complex antitrust litigation cases.
• Draft and review pretrial motions.

Requirements

• Experience in antitrust and competition law or civil antitrust litigation.
• Proven track record in handling government and internal investigations.
• Prior federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Background in economics or related subjects preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
