The successful candidate will possess extensive litigation experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, and other insurance defense matters, and demonstrate proficiency in handling civil cases through trial.

Duties

• Draft motions, conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (additional state licensure is a plus)
• 7+ years of experience in insurance defense preferred
• Experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, and other insurance defense matters required

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Valid Bar license
