Duties

• Conduct legal research to support case development and arguments

• Negotiate settlements to secure favorable outcomes for clients

• Provide legal advice and counsel on personal injury claims and rights

• Stay current on laws and regulations relevant to personal injury and workers’ compensation

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive client representation

• Maintain accurate documentation of case progress and client communications

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in South Carolina

• Proven litigation and negotiation experience in personal injury law

• Strong legal writing and drafting skills

• Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis

• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Bar License in the State of South Carolina
