Duties:

• Handle legal matters related to civil litigation defense, ensuring effective representation of clients.
• Provide exceptional client service in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate complex legal principles clearly and succinctly to clients, colleagues, and non-experts.
• Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members in a collegial, client-first environment.
• Occasionally travel locally and statewide for cases, as needed.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant civil litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.

Skills:
