The candidate must have 3 years of experience in representing clients on a variety of public law matters. Significant expertise in handling land use and CEQA matters and the ability to take the lead on complex land use projects is highly desired. Real estate and other transactional expertise also will be considered favorably. Strong writing and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients are essential.
