Duties

• Litigate wage and hour class and collective actions.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in traditional labor law.
• Experience with labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar of New York.
