Duties

• Draft and negotiate complex purchase and sale agreements.
• Handle easement agreements and declarations of restrictive covenants.
• Negotiate loan documents for construction and permanent financing.
• Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive legal services.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or Georgia.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in North Carolina or Georgia.
