Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to join its Atlanta office, focusing on complex business and commercial litigation. This role involves handling high-stakes matters and managing cases with significant responsibility from inception through resolution.

Duties:

• Manage complex litigation matters from intake through trial or resolution
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and motion practice
• Develop case strategies and oversee litigation planning
• Handle discovery processes and manage case documentation
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams on case strategy
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of litigation experience
• Experience managing cases independently
• Background in complex business or commercial litigation preferred
• Strong academic credentials, including top academic performance
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Admission to the Georgia Bar or eligibility for admission

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Participation in law review, moot court, or trial team preferred
• Active or pending admission to the Georgia Bar
