Legal Counsel
The candidate will provide support and legal advice to the Children’s Division. Maintain a case load in Juvenile Court, and occasionally in Circuit Court and Probate Court. Perform case analysis, issue spotting, time/calendar management, and case load organization. Work with other DSS team members, such as investigators and social workers. Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution and current member of the Missouri Bar is required. Experience in litigation and a background in juvenile, probate and family law is preferred.
