Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Business Immigration Attorney and Team Manager to join their team in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to work with corporate clients and leaders in the business immigration field, with the flexibility of a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management and business immigration law, including L-1 and H-1B petitions, PERM labor certification, and other related matters.

Duties

• Manage a team of paralegals to achieve monthly case filing goals.
• Oversee preparation and filing of non-immigrant and immigrant petitions.
• Communicate with clients to provide case updates and developments.
• Stay informed on business immigration law changes.
• Advise clients on I-9 and E-Verify compliance and immigration strategies.
• Counsel clients through the PERM labor certification process.
• Build and maintain strong client and colleague relationships.

Requirements

• U.S. JD required.
• Member of any State Bar.
• 2+ years of business immigration experience.
• 2+ years of team management experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar membership in any U.S. state.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in business immigration law and processes.
