A law firm based in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced and accomplished Partner-level Litigator to join its team. The ideal candidate will bring substantial expertise in complex commercial litigation and related strategic disputes, demonstrating a track record of success and possessing strong communication skills.

Duties:

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation cases and strategic disputes.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation matters.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts.
• Collaborate with legal teams and other professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Litigator, with a focus on complex commercial litigation.
• Strong track record of successful case management and outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-stakes and high-profile litigation matters.
• Portable business is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
