Requirements

• Senior-level knowledge of privacy laws and professional liability.
• Prior experience at a reputable law firm (7 years or more).
• A portable book of $350K is preferred, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of California.

Skills

• Strong litigation and regulatory investigation skills.
