A law firm seeks a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney in Fort Lee, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury cases and a commitment to exceptional legal counsel and client service.

Duties

• Represent clients in all stages of personal injury cases, including consultations, negotiations, and litigation.
• Draft and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, settlement agreements, and demand letters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to manage caseloads efficiently.
• Evaluate potential claims and provide clients with realistic legal advice and strategy.
• Stay up to date with changes in personal injury law, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in NJ & NY.
• Proven experience handling personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and fall, and workplace injuries, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong trial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered legal representation.
• Bilingual in Korean or Spanish is a plus.
• Must be based near or in Bergen County to work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in NJ & NY
