Mid-level Associate, Antitrust

The candidate must have 3-4 years of antitrust merger experience. Work involves all aspects of US antitrust laws, including complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, unilateral conduct, cartel investigations, private litigations, and counseling. DOJ or FTC experience is preferred. An undergraduate degree in economics is also a plus.
