The candidate will assist in the day-to-day handling of state and federal cases from the inception of identifying potential defect theory to the trial of the matter. Will assist in the investigation, drafting, and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda.
