Not only will you liaise between Account Executives and Brokers on assigned accounts, you will be responsible for the internal processes that contribute to the value delivered to clients. Assist Account Executives, managing key processes that serve multi-national clients and undertaking the client-facing and internal activities related to these processes. What the day will look likeHandle client open items lists and respond to client ad-hoc requests.Gather and analyze data on exposures, loss history and standard and unique coverage needs for marketing submissions with the brokerage unit and/or Account Executive including global submissions. Actively support and monitor the renewal process and promote new and renewal placements.Capture and evaluate data and draft assigned elements of client service plans, stewardship reports and other convincing presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances of the presentation.Monitor and follow-up on invoice generation, local policy issuance, and premium collection.Collaborate with Account Executive to gather information from clients and determine which markets are suited for renewals and client information presentations/proposals.Challenge yourself by undertaking new and stimulating projects!Skills that will lead to success in this roleSuccessful prior insurance experience with corporate accounts and customers is preferred. Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with attention to detail. Critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels and to anticipate problems and proactively solve them through creative thinking. Excellent digital literacy, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Foreign language skills are not a requirement, however considered a strong attribute.Education: Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent years of experience, with risk management or business-related curriculum preferred.
