Location:

Duties:

• Review and analyze new case files and insurance claims

• Draft legal coverage opinions and provide guidance to clients on insurance-related issues

• Interpret insurance policy language and apply coverage provisions to real-world scenarios

• Communicate effectively with clients and prepare detailed status reports

• Conduct legal research to support opinions, motions, and litigation strategy

• Attend and participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and other litigation proceedings

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of California (required)

• Prior experience or interest in insurance coverage and civil litigation

• Ability to manage caseload independently and take ownership of matters

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Member in good standing with the California State Bar
