Requirements

• Minimum of four years of solid litigation experience.
• At least two years handling coverage matters and litigating bad faith and/or insurance-related actions.
• Experience with state and federal court proceedings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities professionally.
• Current CA Bar admission in good standing is required.

Education

• JD with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Current CA Bar admission in good standing.

Skills

• Strong litigation skills from inception to trial.
• Proficiency in motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Ability to provide liability analyses and develop litigation strategies.
