A law firm seeks a Junior Associate to join the Global Regulatory Enforcement Group in New York. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in litigation, government investigations, and SEC enforcement cases. A CPA license is strongly preferred, and federal clerkship or government/prosecutorial experience is advantageous. Active membership in the New York bar is required.

Duties

• Assist with litigation and government investigations.
• Support SEC enforcement cases.
• Collaborate with senior associates and partners on case strategy.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Active member of the New York bar.
• CPA license preferred.
• Federal clerkship or government/prosecutorial experience beneficial.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
