Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters related to copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class actions, and complex commercial disputes.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.
• Prepare and present arguments in court, including trials and hearings.
• Manage all aspects of case preparation and execution, including client meetings, discovery, and depositions.
• Collaborate with clients and legal professionals to develop case strategies and objectives.
• Negotiate settlements and settlement terms with opposing counsel.
• Stay current with legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff as needed.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in litigation with a focus on copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, or complex commercial litigation.
• Superior academic credentials, including a J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven track record of handling complex litigation matters effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be barred in California.
