Duties

• Manage complex energy and natural resources transactional work, including M&A, project development, and commercial agreements.
• Handle renewable energy transactional work, such as joint ventures, build-transfer agreements, and procurement contracts.
• Engage in engineering, procurement, and construction contracts for renewable energy facilities.
• Participate in financing transactions within the energy and natural resources sector.
• Contribute to oil and gas projects as needed.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of relevant experience in a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Experience with renewable energy transactional work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a robust work ethic.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and assume significant responsibility.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Texas or eligibility for admission.
