Duties

• Manage family law cases proactively from beginning to end.
• Provide superior customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Recommend improvements to practice managers.
• Track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years practicing family law in Texas; five years preferred.
• Valid Texas bar license for at least two years.
• Experience with hearings, mediations, and consultations.
• Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio or similar software.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Strong research and writing skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and highly organized.
• Ability to draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.
