Duties

• Advise clients on zoning, land use, and development-related matters.
• Navigate local and state government processes for clients.
• Provide strategic guidance on development risk and regulatory positioning.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams on site plan and entitlement considerations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in land use and zoning law.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong academic record preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
