Legal Administrative Assistant – Litigation

The candidate responsibilities will include:Managing attorney calendars; Tracking and calendaring of court-related deadlines and flings; Assembling pleading binders and minute books; Drafting and fling of pleadings/discovery requests; Review of records and legal research; Assistance with trial preparation and deposition summarization. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook and proficient with legal research tools, including Westlaw and LexisNexis. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. College degree preferred; Experience with NetDocuments a plus.
