• Handle mediations in employment matters, including class actions and discrimination cases.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience, with a strong preference for an employment law background.
• Current CA Bar admission in good standing.
• Understanding of state and federal agency procedures.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Current CA Bar admission.
