Duties

• Assist in all phases of complex commercial litigation.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and client meetings.

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case development and trial preparation.

• Represent clients in both state and federal court proceedings.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on complex commercial matters.

• Strong desire to grow in a high-performance legal environment.

• Admission to the bar in the state corresponding to the office location.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Required for the relevant location).
