Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Hospitality and Leisure Associate to join their Washington, DC office. The successful candidate will become a key member of a nationally recognized practice, working alongside industry-leading partners and associates in a collaborative environment.

Duties

• Work on matters across the globe.
• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including letters of intent and purchase and sale agreements.
• Advise on financings and negotiate loan documents.
• Manage deal closings from start to finish.
• Conduct due diligence and handle all aspects of transactional work.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of legal experience in real estate or transactional work.
• Previous law firm experience preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the practicing state.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the practicing state or eligibility to waive into the Washington, DC Bar.
