Duties

• Conduct legal research to support the drafting of motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Draft and prepare complaints, meet and confer correspondence, briefs, discovery motions, and dispositive motions.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to develop case strategies.
• Take complete ownership of assigned workload.
• Contribute positively to the workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in civil litigation.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
