Job Overview: A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload, providing legal expertise in personal injury matters, and representing clients throughout the litigation process.

Duties:

• Handle a litigation caseload involving personal injury matters.
• Evaluate claims and propose effective litigation strategies.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and conduct depositions.
• Research and draft legal briefs, opinions, and memorandums.
• Exhibit proficiency in litigating pre-trial motions.
• Prepare for and represent clients in mediation and trial, including jury trials.
• Manage general file activities, ensuring timely adherence to client and court deadlines.
• Collaborate with the pre-litigation team to streamline case progression.
• Utilize Litify software for efficient case management.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania (PA) and New Jersey (NJ) Bar is mandatory.
• Optional admission to the Delaware (DE) Bar.
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.
• 3-5 years of experience specializing in Personal Injury matters.
• Familiarity with Litify software.
