Duties

• Draft legal documents for proceedings and negotiations.
• Conduct client needs assessments and develop strategic case plans.
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding case status.
• Ensure matters progress efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Mentor and support junior staff where appropriate.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Minimum 3-5 years of Family Law experience required.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Strong understanding of family law procedures and litigation strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
