The candidate will be responsible for Managing attorneys’ calendars, including coordinating meetings, Court appearances, and appointments, Setting up pleadings, including complaints, answers, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, Drafting correspondence to clients, Judges, and attorneys. E-Filing pleadings with state and federal court. Marking legal briefs (TOA and TOC). Tracking CLE credits earned. Includes scheduling CLE courses and submitting certificates of completion to the state. Compiling, scanning, Bates stamping and saving documents to our document management system (NetDocs). Tracking documents for execution. Answering direct telephone lines in a timely and polite manner. Coordinating attorney travel, as necessary. Drafting, proofreading, and revising legal documents and other case material. Processing time entries for attorneys using CenterBase. Effectively communicating with staff, attorneys and clients.
